Location Announcement

Yes, if you’ve read this far, you’ve probably gathered that TRCA will meet at Soteria Church this fall. We are glad to have a place to rent for our launch year! Come and check it out next week.

Commitment Deadline

The deadline for applications for this fall is Friday, March 1. Based upon applications received by the deadline, we will determine whether to proceed toward opening this fall, and if so, which classes to offer. Please don’t wait to the last minute!

Last week we published the Application Process and the Application Packet, and we’ve continued to add details to our website as they have become available (e.g., location and tuition payment details).

Please be in prayer for the many families making decisions and for us as we discern the Lord’s will for TRCA. If you have specific questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Break from Iowa Winter

Two suggestions for getting through a cold Iowa weekend in February:

  • The Greater Des Moines Botanical Center is a wonderful place to take off the coats, walk around, and enjoy the bright green space.
  • For an in-home escape, The Riot and the Dance: Earth is a high-quality, Scripture-filled, and family-friendly film available online (and it was produced by classically-trained folks affiliated with the Association of Classical Christian Schools).
